Privacy Policy

At Clean Skin Aesthetics, your time — and Mindi’s time — is reserved just for you so you can receive the highest quality of care and attention. We understand that sometimes life happens, and we truly appreciate your help in respecting our scheduling policies. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for treatment and ensures we can continue to care for everyone safely and effectively.

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer your reserved time to another patient in need. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee, while patients who “no-show” will be charged a $100 fee.

Patients who have three or more consecutive last-minute reschedules or cancellations will be required to pay a $100 deposit to hold future appointments. This deposit will be applied to the treatment but will be forfeited if the appointment is missed or cancelled late. Established patients who continue to violate this policy may be asked to prepay in full for future services, and this amount will be non-refundable if the policy is not honored again.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results vary for each individual, and while we always do our best to help you achieve your goals, results cannot be guaranteed, and additional treatments may be needed to reach your desired outcome. If you have an undesired result, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can support you.

For retail products, we do not offer refunds; however, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product at the sole discretion of Clean Skin Aesthetics. All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
